Kwip is a Malta-based tech logistics startup running a next-day courier service for online shops and small businesses across Malta and Gozo. Our mission is to improve commerce and its logistics in Malta, through tech.
The problem: small Maltese sellers are stuck with rigid courier cutoffs, CSV manifests, monthly invoicing and prices they only find out after a sales call. Your customers chase you. You chase your courier. We end that.
How it works: merchants sign up online, add their deliveries and book a pickup slot that suits them. Pickups are on-demand, with slots worked out from real van route capacity, so there's no daily cutoff, no minimum volume and no contract. Parcels are sorted overnight and delivered the next day on optimised routes. Recipients get WhatsApp updates so they can confirm, reschedule or change address before the van even sets off.
What merchants get: pricing from €3.99 excl. VAT per drop, visible before you talk to anyone. Two free retries, cash on delivery, photo proof of delivery, weekly invoicing and weekly payouts on cash collected.
Who it's for: Shopify and WooCommerce stores, Instagram and Facebook sellers, and any Maltese business that ships parcels to its customers. Shopify and WooCommerce integrations are next on the roadmap.
